Where/how to get an order status update

Hi all. I purchased fibre broadband and home telephone on the 13th April and was initially given the 27th April as a connection date. I have not received my router yet nor is my home telephone line working. When I go to my account it just states 'order being processed' is there any way to get more precise information? Thank you in advance.

I have exactly the same problem, it's now three weeks and heard nothing..no router, not even a date. Who do I contact?

Hiya I telephoned them on pretty much a daily basis and I got connected yesterday. For some reason it did not activate automatically so the adviser done it manually. I must add that the advisors I have spoken to have been great, ever so nice and helpful. Good luck and hope you are connected soon.
