Where did my order go ?

I signed up for broadband and home phone and booked engineer, credit card payment of £72 is showing as pending but no idea what happened after I entered my bank details for the on going monthly payments 🤔

I have no email regarding my order whatsoever and my DD instruction is not showing on my Bank Account either.
First time customer here what do I do ?
