Order was raised and paid for on 5th August but not heard a thing since. Was hoping order was going to be completed around now.
Looked at the order tracker:
"CHECKING YOUR LINE We've found a potential problem on your telephone line. We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly."
Not changed from this since I first checked
