When will my router be dispatched?

Also can my router be dispatched on Monday so that it can arrive on time for my activation? Is my order still tracked for my Phone and Broadband services to be transferred on 13th December?

Hi @MinniMan and welcome to the Community Forums.
Routers are usually dispatched and arrive the day before your service is due to go live. Checking over your account I was surprised to see that your router had not been dispatched yet and have therefore progressed this for you now. Although I need to advise the router will be with you in the next 3-5 days we usually see them arrive a lot sooner and I'm confident this should be with you prior to your orders completing.
Checking into your orders I can confirm that yes, both your orders are still committed and currently due to complete on 13/12/19. This can be any point up until midnight however we usually see them complete within work hours.
