Yesterday i just received my router and was wondering when it will be activated

Welcome to the forums @Karim 

You should get an email (and possibly a text) when the phone line is activated.

You should then, though there could be a delay, an email (and possibly a text) when the broadband part is activated.

You should then connect the router and should be online

You'd also have been given a 'go live' date.

(Yes, a lot of should's there;))

I totally understand your frustration @Karim 

I actually put a suggestion to BT in 2008/9 for a mobile data box that gives the customer access to the internet whilst delays like this occurred.

It only took them until 2018/9 to implement this

Maybe Plusnet could take this 'hint' too....?
