Have you had a text or email advising of the date for this?

If you have and it says '17.12.19' it can take up to midnight for all the systems to fall into place.

Can’t see any specific txt/email giving a date, but I have had a few correspondence from Plusnet as I have the kids mobiles coming over as well as BT sport.
Does it state this anywhere in my account if I’m logged in?

I doubt it - sorry I can't be much help as I don't work for PN - if you still can't connect tomorrow, I'd give them a call.

Apologies for any confusion or lack of confirmation of a broadband activation date, I've just checked your order and made sure your account has been updated accordingly.

You should now be able to get online. I hope this helps
