I was told that my broadband should be ready 5-7 days after my phone line was set up. The engineer came, did his thing, and the phone line is ready yet 11 days later and i'm still waiting for broadband. I've had no communication about any delay and I'm getting rather frustrated by the whole situation. When can I expect my broadband to to be activated?
