When will my broadband be activated?

I am trying to find out when my broadband will be activated.  I have had an email to tell me my phone line will be activated today but have heard nothing regarding broadband and there is no activation date in my account.  My previous broadband provider has cancelled my broadband today so I am now without.  Do I plug in the router, turn on and hope for the best?

Don't hold your breath. 28 days since I ordered and no router or date for connection. Plusnet have become really really bad.

Seriously I would ring them up and try to cancel. I ordered a month ago. I checked on the status of my order today, and apparently my phone line is up and running but the internet is still going through. The truth is no router/internet and my phone line is now dead.

Are Plusnet in financial troubles?

Both your home phone and broadband orders have been completed and your account has been fully activated on the 20/04/21.

If you have not done so already, please connect your router and you will be able to receive a connection.
