When will my broadband be activated?

My plusnet account page says my broadband will be activated 5-7 working days after my phone line is activated, my phone line was activated 9 working days ago. Our experience with plusnet has been terrible so far, Had to phone them to get the router sent out as our phone line was activated and we never heard anything else for over a week. We've now been in our new house without internet for 2 weeks now.
