When will my broadband activate?

Hello,

I opened my order with plusnet on the 26th June, everything is fine and I received my router this week and told my activation date was today. My phone line is now active and I am just wondering how long it will be before the broadband activates?

We're still waiting on the engineer to complete the work at the cabinet to get your fibre service up and running.

As soon as this is done we'll activate your account.
