My account was cancelled instead of upgraded by Plusnet and I am now without broadband at home. I have had to reopen another new account, a new router was dispatched on the 7th December but I still have no date for my broadband activation. My phone line fortunately wasn't cancelled, so I still have the same line and phone number from plusnet that I have had for the last 1.5 years.
My children are currently isolating from school and not able to do any school work and I cannot bear to be on hold for another hour or so whilst I am told that they don't have a ballpark date once again.
Also, I probably have a bill coming out of my account on Friday for the cancelled account and the billing team have told me I will have to phone up again (another hour on hold) to request a refund if that is the case.
You would think I was the one in the wrong............
