When will I get Broadband?

I signed up to Plusnet on 9th Oct and you took payment straight away.
The phone line went live on 16th Nov, why that took so long I don’t know.
I’ve had no emails/messages to inform me when my broadband will be working? Sky cut my old supply off at 9am on 16th Nov.
We both work from home, so I hope you don’t inform me it’s going to be weeks...
Oh and trying to contact Plusnet is a joke, I’m already regretting leaving Sky and you haven’t started supplying us yet.

Broadband not working, I received an email yesterday confirming it’s live.
I have an orange light and flashing red broadband light 🙈😤
Can’t check the line, don’t have landline phone (who uses these in 2018?).
Plusnet states line was checked before confirming and never an issue with Sky.
The Plusnet experience has been very poor

From what I can see this is resolved now as your connection is online?
