It's been four weeks since I signed up for the PlusNet Broad Band for the first time since I moved into my new house. I received the router by post, but the installer didn't come. I called customer service almost every day but the problem does not solve now. The installation engineer was supposed to visit in 2 weeks when applying for the first time, but he or she did not come in 4 weeks, even today. I'm so tired. I'm seriously thinking about it. What should I do to install the broadband? Please tell me some advice. How long do I have to wait?
