I recently switched our phone & broadband from BT to plus.net due to the price increase, and after some confusion over wording on the BT side of things - "cancel order for phone cancelled, your service will continue" - it was confirmed we switch over on the 22nd of August. However, we received another e-mail & text saying the 9th of Sept?
Could someone confirm the correct date please?

I really am sorry if you were provided with any incorrect information. This is to confirm that your order completion date is 07.09.18.
I understand that the original date for this order was 22.08.18 but I am afraid the next engineer appointment we had available to finish the external work and connect you to fibre was 07.09.2018.
