When am i being connected to broadband

Initially told 5 to 7 days after phone. Phone connected on 02/10. Told by Customer service 15/10. Still no message/email to say it is connected. I am not impressed with how this is progressing.

Wow thanks for moving it to the correct place. How about getting straightforward answers to the question. My last call to customer services took 45 minutes to get through. It seems Plusnet can't cope. Have I made a poor choice?

@amberandkim moderators are just customers like yourself and have no access to PN to answer your questions.

Hi there,

 

Apologies that you weren't activated as expected yesterday, I've just checked your order and it's now showing as complete. If you connect your router up following the instructions you should be able to connect and get online.
