Whats happening with my order?

Ordered PlusNet over a month ago. Was given 1st October as the takeover date. Sky has pulled the plug and nothing from PlusNet. No modem. No word. Nothing.

 

[-Censored-] poor. Left with no internet now and customer services is a joke.

I managed to speak with someone in customer services and they are working to resolve the issue.
