Whats happening with my order

I have paid up front in full for my broadband. The ticket says it has been rejected but the money has been taken. I can't get through on chat and just end up being put on hold forever. Not very pleased and will cancel the payment as it was via credit card in 2 days if nothing happens. Very poor customer service and they say it is great!
