What is my broadband activation date?

Hello, I placed an order on December 10th for fibre internet and line rental only. I was not given any dates for activation. I then received notice that the line would go active on December 20th, and it seems to have, but I have not received a router, nor have I been given a broadband activation date. Can someone people let me know when I should expect to have internet? Thank you.
