I placed an order for broadband and phone line in November so that it would be ready when I moved on the 11th this month. I have the router but have yet to receive an email saying I can activate it. Last text was 1st December saying it would be 3 to 5 working days.
Since then my order has been rejected, accepted, rejected, when I queried it I was told my order is delayed as I missed an appointment. When I asked what appointment, my order was promptly cancelled? I can't get through on the phone now as they won't connect. When I did get through earlier they couldn't hear me due to very poor reception, which is why I need WiFi as well as for work purposes. Can someone please tell me what is going on and why am I paying for a service I haven't received?
