What PlusNet email address should I add to Safe Senders

Hello,

I've just signed up to switch to PlusNet from BT. I am yet to receive any email from PlusNet so am concerned that Hotmail is junking them. Nothing is in Junk Email but Hotmail seems very picky these days, especially with emails that have attachments. So please could somebody tell me what email address/domain PlusNet send email communications out on, so that I can add itr to my Safe Senders list ...
