Went live yesterday but router still not arrived

We went live yesterday but haven’t received our router. We have waited all day and even went down to speak with the post lady who checked and nothing. Spoke to customer service who advised they had checked and Royal Mail stated it would be delivered today. Really frustrating as we both cannot work without it

Exact same here. They seem to think because someone pressed a button that it must be royal mail's fault. I don't have a contract with them! They should be sending it urgently by courier. I now have no security, hearing controls gone and can't work from home. Absolutely fuming. Shocking service and I won't be staying and I also won't be paying exit fees
