We've found a potential problem on your telephone line.

I placed an order to switch my broadband and phone to plusnet on 6th July, shortly after this I received my welcome pack and router. However on 12th June I received an email informing me that there has been a problem processing my order, having logged in and checked my order status it states "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line.". A week has now passed and I have not had any further updates, and am unsure what the issue is as it is currently working fine with my existing provider?! The switch date is meant to be 20th June, can you please shed some light on this?

Thanks for getting back to me, I have just checked my order status and as per the attached screenshot it is still showing with the line error?

It is now the 22nd and my broadband hasn't switched to Plusnet, are you able to provide an update please?

Hi @knightrider2,
It's all active now, it just needed to be manually updated following the line activated late last night. Pop in your new router, leave it to set up for about 5 - 10 minutes and you should be good to go. Let us know if you have any problems connecting.
