We've been waiting 3 months for Broadband

I'm assuming everyone is experiencing the same problems with Plusnet but I get get hold of anyone at all. I get the odd bot responses through the wizard without any resolution. Can anyone from help from Plusnet on here?

If you guys cant supply us with broadband please say and we'll go to someone who can.

Currently the quickest way to contact seems to be by phone on 0800 432 0200
