We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}

hello on the page where it says ACTIVATING YOUR LINE it says Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed. but it does not give me a data when my fibre line it getting activated my plusnet hub one has been posted but have not been give a date when my internet goes live all i get is strCustActivationdate. what does that mean.
