I received the email below yesterday, out of the blue, confirming my home phone order has been cancelled. I haven't cancelled it and still want the service. My current phone and broadband service is due to finish on 10/12/20. I tried getting through to customer services all day yesterday and I'm still having no luck getting through today. Any ideas what is going on?
