Want to cancel before 14 days but cant get through customer service?
I have tried to call Plusnet numerous times a day over the past 4 days to discuss installation and it always says it's too busy and I need to call another time (Plusnet changed my installation date without notice). I raised a ticket, asked on twitter, and here without response.
I'm appalled by the lack of customer service so I want to cancel within the 14 days.
However, of course, I need to call customer service to cancel!! And I can't get through!
Can someone help me cancel before I'm locked into the contract?

I feel the same. Do you know if cancellation is 14 days from the first date of billing? We still haven't received our router so I am paying for WiFi that we don't have and I cannot get through to customer services either 😞 I just want to cancel and save myself anymore hassle!
