Hi
As per the many many other messages relating to zero customer service - Please take this message as my formal notification to cancel all plusnet services - I am within the 14day of my order as none of my services have yet to be activated.
Please could someone get back to me please.

Be aware that you can’t give formal notification over this public forum.
You have 14 days from when you sign up to cancel if you are to avoid charges, it is unconnected with the go live date.

Thanks @Baldrick1 - is there any other way you can think of reaching out to a plus net contact - I am now considering biting the bullet to end this partnership before it begins etc.
I would like to think that PlusNet could provide me with a good service - however it is just the lack of Customer Support which is really off putting.

The only ways to cancel are to phone or to write

i agree that due to Covid Plusnet customer services are not good at the moment. With a bit of luck this post will be picked up by a staffer who will repond.
