Ordered broadband on 28th October. Phone was connected on 14th November - after a previous prompt from me. The text and email giving me my new phone number were wrong. Since them nothing. No activation date and the order for the router hasnt even been placed.
Starting to think this was a mistake and it's time to cut and run. The thought of 18 more months of this don't fill me with any joy.
I'm sorry for the delay in providing your services and we're providing a different telephone number.
I can see your broadband service is due to go live tomorrow. From there, we'll upgrade your service to fibre.
With regards to the number, are you referring to the number ending in 40? As the rangeholder of the number isn't BT, we won't be able to retain it I'm afraid. You can check the rangeholder by looking at the "Operator" here.
