I paid the initial switch over fee on the 28/1/19 and was told I would be connected today. My router as arrived but I’ve had no internet since this morning and it’s now 11pm.

I can see your order completed quite late last night but your account hasn't activated automatically so I've pushed this through.
Can you let us know how it goes once you've setup your router?

All up and running thanks, got the txt msg around midnight so I plugged in my router and it’s working fine.
