Waiting to be connected
I paid the initial switch over fee on the 28/1/19 and was told I would be connected today. My router as arrived but I’ve had no internet since this morning and it’s now 11pm.

I can see your order completed quite late last night but your account hasn't activated automatically so I've pushed this through.
Can you let us know how it goes once you've setup your router?
