After switching on August the 13th to Plusnet phone and broadband it has just been a nightmare. I am still waiting for the switch to happen!
I managed to speak to somebody on the 9th of Sept and was promised resolution within 72 hours. My phone line was switched but not the broadband and now the order is just stuck!
This is a huge problem because I run a business from home.
It is Impossible to get connected to plusnet by phone, I haven't even managed to get in the queue the last week.
