I moved house last month and placed an order for a phone line and internet on February 26th. So far I have heard nothing since, the status page says it is gathering information and has done since my order.
I'm aware things are difficult and busy hence why I've given it extra time before trying to get in touch. Hopefully I can get an update soon as we are without internet, which as I work in a college makes the teaching part of my job difficult.
