Waiting for broadband manual activation

Hello, I have setup my router but can only connect with the setup account.

I’ve had many many delays on my install but the openreach worker confirmed that the line was ready (he showed my the direct download and upload speed on his device) and installation was complete.

I don’t think my account has been activated for broadband use, and I’m unsure when this will take place as my account currently reads:

ACTIVATING YOUR LINE
Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed.

I just wanted to inform that my broadband order had completed and my account is ready to be activated straight away as confirmed by the openreach worker that visit. Please could you activate my broadband account asap.
