Waiting for broadband activation

My phone was transferred this morning but I am now waiting for my broadband to activate(broadband from BT was cut last night at midnight).

Is it normal for the switchover to take so long?

Should it activate at some point today?

On checking your account it appears a notification has gone out to you regarding notification.

I recieved a notification about 30 minutes ago, everything is now up and running and there doesn't seem to be any issues.
