Waiting for activation of my broadband

Hello, I'm writing here because I couldn't connect to online chat.

 

I wanted to ask about status of my order because I did received router already, my phone line is working but my broadband not.

I ordered it on 23.04.2018 so it's really long time waiting.

 

I'm new customer but already a bit disappointed.

Thanks for getting in contact. Looking into the broadband order, I can see this has recently completed, your account details have been updated and you appear to have an active connection on your side?
