Voicemail and Call Protect not working on number (and maybe never have)
Plusnet web interface says both active.
Currently I hear the following when trying to access these features:
1571 "This line doesn't have a call answering service. ..."
1572 "<ding ding ding> The service cannot be connected".
Moved from BT to Plusnet on Monday 24.8.19
Same day, I added Call Protect via Plusnet web.
Received emails saying I'd requested removal of, and successfully removed Voicemail.
Plusnet web then told me both Voicemail and Call protect awaiting activation.
Couple days later, Plusnet web changes to both active.
I did not receive any "it's been activated" emails (as forum suggest I should have).
Fixed! Go to the fix.
Thanks for your time @Andy18. As mentioned, these services weren't live on the back end system; I have now placed the order and will be back in touch on Wednesday to ensure they are working.
