Voicemail Extra - Awaiting activation

Placed order via web over 1 week ago for voicemail extra

SHowed it would be available after 24 hours

 

1 Week later still processing, contacted customer support on Monday - "all will be sorted in 24 hours"

 

Still "Voicemail Extra   [ Awaiting activation ]"

 

Any ideas?

Just checked my account and it is still showing order in progress 48 hours after the 24 you mentioned it would take to solve.
