Just to give some balance, in case newcomers think everyone has problems, I switched nearly a month ago and I’m very happy.
The switch happened on time and was completely trouble free. The router turned up a couple of days before the switch date. I was without broadband for only a couple of hours. The router quickly got back up to the speed I had with my previous ISP.
