Urgent -No update on my broadband request

Hi,

I have raised broadband request 10 days before, and made first month payment and set direct debits as well.

But I haven't heard anything about my router and broadband details. Can someone help me to dispatch the router and help with the connection.

This is stalling lot of my office works, as I keep recharging my mobile packs for internet.
