Upgrading tomorrow, but router not yet dispatched

I'm upgrading from regular to fibre broadband. My 'go live' date is 7th November, but apparently my new router hasn't been dispatched. How likely is it to arrive in time for the switch?

Hi there, 

 

Sorry for any confusion over how this has been communicated but there are two parts to an upgrade from ADSL to fibre that take place on separate dates. The account type is set to change on the next billing date (i.e today, the 7th) however the change to fibre is set for the 17th. 

 

To be on the safe side I've dispatched your router now and that should reach you within the next 3 to 5 working days.
