Upgrading to fibre

Hi

My current broadband contract is coming to an end, and i was thinking of going fibre as it wasn't quite cutting it.

I looked at the renewal email i got, but i only get the option for broadband, so i was wondering how to change contract type.

Is there a particular method or is it simply just start a new fibre contract when my current one expires?

Thanks

@Benjack

First thing to so is to check what's available for your line.

Re: Upgrading to fibre

Looks like you've got a pretty decent line @Benjack

I've just done a quick check and your line can achieve speeds of up to 80Mbps, and there does appear to be capacity at the local cabinet. Best thing to do here would be to give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 to see what they can do for you. Smiley

Re: Upgrading to fibre

Thanks

80 might be overkill for just me, but it should be better than the 5 im currently getting.

@Benjack

You'll have a choice - either 40/10 or 80/20
