I'm an existing customer currently on the Unlimited Basic Broadband package but have started the process of upgrading to Unlimited Fibre Extra. I was given a change over date of 27th April. I'm aware that I need the new router before the upgrade but my Account Summary states the following (only showing parts that relate to this order).

I'm confused as to why the order status of the router still says "buy" when it has already been purchased (on the same day 20th). Maybe I just need help understanding how this works...
but will the router arrive in time for the change over?
