Hi, can I have an update on my order it should have been upgraded on the 15th August. Thanks.

Hi @redmonkey391, I have checked the order and it looks like we requested the 15th August but the actual committed date has been pushed back due to engineer availability.

I've confirmed the date this will complete on the ticket here.
