Upgraded to fibre and no speed change

Hi, I upgraded to fibre on the 19th of march, hub set up and received confirmation email that it was active and ready to use. I did a speed test on the day and the speeds were the same as before (12-15mb), the email did say the first 10 days are  somewhat unstable connection wise so didn't think much of it. Its been over 2 weeks however I am still getting 12-15mb download speed no matter the time of day when the service promised at least 34mb?
