Upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra but Account still shows Unlimited Fibre. NOT HAPPY.

I upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra online via the website on the 17-5-20.
After a technical hiccup your end I received an email stating the following:
Dear ......, Upon reviewing your account, I am pleased to confirm I have placed your broadband modification order as per the reference number below. 4-830603556063 The revised speeds will take effect within 24 working hours. Should you have any queries in the interim then please do not hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Lee Brannan [Email notification sent to: ........com]
My online account details still show that I am on Unlimited Fibre and NOT Unlimited Fibre Extra.
I have also done the BT Wholesale Performance Tester which shows a download speed of 16.11 Mbps.
Can you please confirm that my order to upgrade has in fact been seen and acted upon by a human and that I will be getting the service that I am paying for and that you 'GUARANTEE'
