I should have unlimited fibre from 6th October. All new router and equipment installed but.... no change in speed. Averaging 4 to 6Mbps when should see minimum of 30 ? Have they turned it on ? Plusnet if you are watching, ticket 207044227. If no change by Wednesday I will cancel as inside 14 days. Please sort this out, thank you.
Have you logged on to your router 192.168.1.254 (assuming a PlusNet Hub One Router), and go to the troubleshooting tab at the top and then enter your admin password and see what it says for your speeds in the helpdesk section.
Did you get a confirmation email and/or Text to say you had been switched Fibre? If not OpenReach might not have done the work yet for some reason - they can be slow to inform PlusNet of delays/issues especially at the current time due to Covid issues .
