Upgraded to Fibre broadband.

Upgraded to fibre broadband been over 48hours no text or email to say when live/ transfer date? Is this only for new sign ups or is that they can't confirm a actual date from wholesalers?
Does the adsl checker give complete date?
Got emails for fibre contract though.

I had the same problem to find what is happening with your order on the Plusnet Members Centre go to.

'View Your Questions" this should give you the activation date

Also "Account Details/ Account Summary"

It looks like you've got in touch over Facebook yesterday and we've advised you of your upgrade date.

We've sent you an e-mail which can also be viewed online here.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Thank you gandalf for your relpy. I did receive email and message on my portal. Was wanting to know why doesn't the system notify you auromatically like with other updates.? Or it only notify you when the switch is taken place?
