Re: Upgraded to Fibre and still have 5Mbps

I've upgraded to Fibre around 2 months ago. engineers cannot fix simple cables in the cabinet. I was told 6 times that Fibre will be by midnight. Last time yesterday :). I wish you good luck with them.

Re: Upgraded to Fibre and still have 5Mbps

@dreamas sorry to hear this, I have had a look at the speeds you should be getting on your line which shows as this:

Estimated Download Speed: 37 - 40mbps
Estimated Upload Speed: 8 - 10mbps
Your Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 30.mbps

To ensure we are giving you the service we should be, I have ran a speed test for you. I will attach this below shortly. Smiley

Re: Upgraded to Fibre and still have 5Mbps

Is it normal if my router is flashing orange every night around 2am for 1 hour then when I'm checking sync speed it shows different speed. For today it state as: 30mbps down and 0.7 upstream. I don't mind that download speeds but 0,7 up is just slowing down everything. Before switch on to Fibre it was 0.5mbps, after 2 days 1.2mbps, 3rd day 0.7mbps. And downstream came from 35mbps to 30mbps.
