Upgraded to Fibre and has switched over yet

Morning!

My fibre broadband was due to switched over yesterday on the 31/03/2022 checked today and still nothing and have not had any correspondence from plus net as to when it is switching over?

Hey there, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry to see that you've not yet received your upgrade date. I've just had a look at the upgrade order and can confirm that it's going through on 06/04/2022. We did request the 31st March but it was pushed back due to engineer availability.
