Upgraded on 4th but today told my order hasn't been completed
Upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra on 4th Dec.
Because the speed was quite poor since 4th, today I contacted Chat help. She mentioned for some reason my order has not been completed and suggested to ring customer service.
Was on phone waiting for about 5 minutes only to find my call got disconnected at the end.
Where do I go from here? Can someone help please.
