Upgrade to fibre not going well
I was on normal 10meg broadband and was getting an average of 2.4 meg connection, I put up with it for years but finally decided to switch to fibre. I called and placed the order and was given a connection date, nothing happened on that day so I phoned and was waiting 45 mins to speak to someone to be told the connection date was wrong and it will be the next day. It is now late afternoon of that day and still no fibre, but worse than that my connection has now dropped to 1.6 meg and is stuck at that speed. Not a good service get your act together Plusnet .
